Professionalism: All businesses must maintain a professional online presence. This includes avoiding offensive content, discriminatory language, or unethical business practices. Transparency: Provide clear and accurate descriptions of your products/services, pricing, and policies. Non-compliance: Businesses that do not comply with directory policies (e.g., misrepresentation, failure to maintain updated information, unethical practices) may be removed or suspended.
