SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@blacknile.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
