Rating Policy: Store must have a rating of 4 stars or higher. If service doesn't have reviews on an already existing service listing site such as Google or Yelp, business must provide proof of ratings with testimonials from customers. We do our research! Up-to-date Information: Business owners must keep their listings current, including contact information, hours of operation, and services. Professionalism: All businesses must maintain a professional online presence. This includes avoiding offensive content, discriminatory language, or unethical business practices. Transparency: Provide clear and accurate descriptions of your products/services, pricing, and policies. Non-compliance: Businesses that do not comply with directory policies (e.g., misrepresentation, failure to maintain updated information, unethical practices) may be removed or suspended.
